Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) standard ground service (or competitive service) unless otherwise requested.  Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day delivery can also be selected.  Every attempt will be made to ship orders that are received by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on normal business days on the next day that the order is received.

Returns 

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RA) number issued by an authorized Rindercella Enterprises representative.  Please email contactus@weatherradioworld.com for an RA number.  Products returned without this authorization will be returned.  All non defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee within 90 days of purchase.  Handling fees and freight charges will not be returned.  Non defective products will only be accepted in resaleable condition with all original packaging.  Do  NOT write RA number on the original package.  This will make the product ineligible for resale.  Defective products can be returned to Rindercella Enterprises within 30 days of sale.  After 30 days defective products must be returned to the manufacturer under the specific warranty allowances.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged merchandise must be returned to Rindercella Enterprises within 10 days along with the original packaging.
